Lead a Small Team. Make a Difference.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our team and take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of a small warehouse team.

This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the operation, can keep a team organised and motivated, and takes pride in ensuring warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

Working closely with management, you will oversee the daily activities of the warehouse team, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will lead from the front, working alongside the team while providing direction, support and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a small team of warehouse staff.

- Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow and priorities.

- Oversee the receiving, checking, storage and dispatch of goods.

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocktakes.

- Ensure warehouse procedures and processes are followed.

- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

- Train, support and develop team members.

- Monitor team performance and address issues as they arise.

- Work with other areas of the business to ensure customer and operational requirements are met.

- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

- Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements are followed.

About You





You will be a practical and reliable warehouse professional who is ready to take the next step in their career or an experienced team leader looking for a new challenge.

You will ideally have:

- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.

- Robust organisational and time-management skills.

- The ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.

- A hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.

- A current forklift licence would be highly regarded.
