We’re expanding our teams and seeking experienced RC and Diamond Drilling Field Assistants to support resource drill outs and grade control programs on major gold mining projects entering a high activity phase.

About the Roles

- Multiple positions commencing immediately as drilling ramps up
- Work across resource definition, grade control, and ongoing exploration programs




- FIFO from Perth to well established camps equipped with good amenities, and a supportive site environment
- Contribute to safe, efficient drill operations alongside experienced drillers and geologists
- Be part of a team where your reliability and attention to detail genuinely matter

About You

- At least 5 months’ hands on RC and DD experience
- Comfortable working in remote environments and committed to safe work practices
- A strong team player who communicates well and takes pride in doing the job properly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
- Current Police Clearance
