You’ll work closely with a Senior Trust Accountant who has been with the company for 10+ years, offering strong mentorship, support, and stability.

This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working with numbers, with prior real estate trust accounting experience essential.

You’ll support the end-to-end trust accounting function across a rental portfolio, ensuring all transactions are accurate, compliant, and processed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily rental receipting across a rental portfolio
- Processing invoices, EFTs, and owner/creditor payments




- Daily trust account reconciliations
- Supporting mid-month and end-of-month processes
- Assisting with reporting, audits, and trust account procedures
- Managing and responding to account queries from landlords, tenants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Supporting both property management and sales trust functions

About You

- Previous experience in real estate trust accounting (essential)
- Current Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Experience with Property Tree is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Confident communicator with a customer service mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and team-focused
