An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced Smeaton Grange branch, supporting an established and experienced service team.

About the Role

- Greeting and assisting customers, both in person and by phone, bringing vehicles in for service and maintenance

- Preparing service orders and scheduling repairs, coordinating with technicians and mechanics

- Advising customers on required parts and ensuring accurate, timely ordering





- Providing accurate cost estimates and handling billing and payments

- Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing and repair process

- Providing customers with detailed reports on work performed

- Maintaining accurate service records, warranties and service agreement documentation

What You Will Need

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive repair role

- Solid understanding of IVECO and FUSO vehicles, and general automotive repair processes

- Valid driver's licence and Australian work rights

Desirable:

- Manufacturer training from IVECO or FUSO (or both)

- Dealership experience or a strong customer satisfaction track record

Skills & Attributes:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Reliable, punctual, and a genuine team player

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

- Comfortable identifying opportunities to recommend additional services where relevant

Working Hours

Full time, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
