We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for someone with around 2-5 years' warehouse experience who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy and wants to be part of a supportive team.

What you'll be doing
Most of your day will be spent working in the warehouse, including:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Loading and unloading trucks, pallets and flooring rolls safely
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Updating stock movements using our warehouse system (Navision)
- Preparing orders for dispatch and booking freight
- Processing customer returns
- Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
- Working closely with Customer Service to ensure orders are delivered on time
This is a physical role where safety, reliability and teamwork are essential.
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys being on your feet and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Ideally you'll have:
- 2–5 years' experience in a warehouse, stores or distribution role
- Experience using pallet jacks and walkie stackers (forklift licence advantageous)
- Good attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and warehouse systems (Navision or similar is a bonus)
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A safety-first approach

This is a hands-on operational warehouse role. While there are opportunities to grow your career with Gerflor over time, we are looking for someone who is excited to join the team in this role and build from there.
