We're currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team as a Transport Coordinator at our St Marys branch. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the role for you.

As a key part of our operations team, you'll be at the centre of our daily transport activity - coordinating, communicating, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

- Schedule and coordinate transport runs across our fleet of Tilt Trays and Low Loaders
- Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Maintain transparent, consistent communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Respond to changing priorities and provide real-time solutions
- Support the Hire Office with general administrative tasks
- Monitor and manage transport costs and resource allocation

This office based role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and the daily duties will include

- Proven experience in a Transport/Logistics Coordination role
- Strong knowledge of the NSW landscape
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A customer-first mindset with a track record of great service
- Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, and database systems - experience with Insphire/CRM is a bonus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet
- Commitment to safety and quality in everything you do
