Recruiter - Join Our High-Performing Team

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join a collaborative team. This is a high-volume recruitment role where you'll play a critical part in attracting talent, managing recruitment administration, and partnering with leaders across the business to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and compliance checks.

- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure the integrity of recruitment systems and data.

- Coordinate and manage job advertising across internal and external platforms.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and positive recruitment experience.

- Support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment projects to meet business growth requirements.

- Contribute to recruitment reporting, talent attraction initiatives, and process improvements.

- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing inbox enquiries, maintaining documentation, and ensuring data accuracy.

- Assist with onboarding and other recruitment-related activities to drive outcomes.

About You





You are someone who enjoys working in a fast pacedenvironment and can confidently manage a high volume of recruitment activity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

You bring:

- Experience in high-volume recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.

- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

- A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when managing candidate information and data entry.

- The ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- A positive, adaptable attitude and the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
