We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.in Moorebank, NSW.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role combining operations coordination and customer service support, working closely with our warehouse, transport partners, and customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Daily coordination of warehouse inbound & outbound operations
- Liaising with customers regarding orders, stock, deliveries and inquiries
- Data entry and order processing in our WMS / internal systems
- Preparing and checking operational documents (receiving, dispatch, inventory, etc.)
- Following up issues, delays, discrepancies and resolving them with internal and external parties
- Supporting the operations team with general admin and coordination tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Well organised, responsible and detail-oriented
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Has good communication skills in English
- Is passionate about work and not afraid of challenges
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics / warehouse environment
- Has basic computer skills (Excel, email, systems)
- Able to multitask and prioritise work
- Has experience in logistics, warehousing, freight forwarding or supply chain (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Must have Australian work rights.
