What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on pumps and mechanical systems
- Accurately diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment faults
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality across all tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and job targets
- Complete detailed records and job documentation to support quality standards
- Enjoy a consistent 38-hour workweek and be home every night!
What We’re Looking For
- You must have full working rights in Australia.
- Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (or equivalent)
- Solid hands-on experience as a Mechanical Fitter
- Machining ability (desirable) as onsite work is sometimes required.
- Strong understanding of pumps and mechanical systems
- Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- A safety-first mindset with a commitment to doing the job right
