The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Element Technician to join our Element Department. This position involves a 38-hour work week and focuses on the production of electrical elements and Vulcanic TEE products. As we operate in a highly specialized market, Vulcanic TEE will provide comprehensive product and process training to ensure your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all duties safely and in compliance with the company's safety procedures.
- Work as part of the Element team to ensure the timely and accurate production of heating elements.
- Maintain a focus on quality,
throughout the manufacturing process.
- Participate in the cleaning and maintenance as per companies' maintenance schedule.
- Work to production schedule to meet required due dates.
- Actively participate in our company continuous improvement program
