Medical Receptionist (Part-Time or casual)

Location: Upper Mt Gravatt

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our welcoming healthcare team on a part-time or casual basis. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with shifts rostered between 6:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient admissions, discharges, and accurate data entry

- Prepare theatre lists in a timely and exact manner

- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally

- Maintain patient records and billing accounts using FYDO Patient Management Software

- Perform general administrative and filing duties

About You

- Previous experience in hospital admissions or medical reception (preferred)

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with FYDO is highly regarded

- Understanding of patient confidentiality and privacy requirements

- High attention to detail with strong organisational skills





- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
