As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the action, managing everything from calendar scheduling and travel coordination to VIP guest bookings and meeting logistics. You’ll be responsible for preparing agendas, taking minutes, managing expenses, and ensuring that the CEO and leadership team have everything they need to run the business smoothly and efficiently.

About You:

To excel in this role, you will need to be a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant with:

- 1-2 years of experience supporting senior executives or management teams,



ideally within a fast-paced environment
- A proven ability to prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and agendas that are clear, concise, and well-organised
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, and other essential office tools, with the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks with ease
- A customer-focused attitude, always striving to deliver professional, high-quality support to the CEO and leadership team
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
- A business-minded approach to resolving issues and handling queries quickly and effectively, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
