The Opportunity

An established WA commercial contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join their Perth team.

With a strong pipeline of commercial build and fit-out projects secured, this is an opportunity to step into a hands-on delivery role where you’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and leadership.

This is not a back-office position - you’ll be embedded in project delivery, playing a key role in managing the commercial and contractual performance of projects from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing commercial and contractual aspects of projects
- Administer subcontractor and client variations
- Assess and process progress claims and invoicing
- Prepare, negotiate and award subcontract packages
- Manage procurement processes and purchase orders
- Maintain RFIs, registers and document control systems
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- Support final accounts and project closeout




- Attend project meetings and contribute to commercial outcomes
- Work closely with Project Managers to manage cost, risk and margin

About You

- 3+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction or fit-out
- Strong understanding of WA construction contracts and commercial frameworks
- Experience with contract management systems and project software
- High attention to detail and strong commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or similar

You’ll be proactive, solutions-focused and motivated to grow your career into Senior CA or Project Management roles.
