Back Alley Sally’s is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team for approximately 15–25 hours per week.

This is a great role for someone looking for flexibility and a genuine mix of shifts – not just late nights. Hours are available across our café breakfast service, lunch and dinner shifts, including some weekends.

The Role

You’ll work across our café and bar/restaurant kitchen, with duties including:

- Preparing and cooking quality meals across breakfast, lunch and dinner

- Maintaining consistency and presentation during service

- Food preparation and kitchen organisation

- Maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards

- Working independently as well as part of the wider kitchen team

- Assisting with the smooth running of service

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Chef in a café, restaurant, pub or similar venue

- Confident across breakfast,



lunch and dinner service

- Reliable and well organised

- Able to work efficiently during busy periods

- Good communication and teamwork

- Pride in food quality and presentation

- Availability across a range of shifts, including some weekends
