Karen Gee is an established Australian luxury womenswear brand known for timeless, structured design, exceptional craftsmanship and a highly personalised customer experience.

As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an exceptional Digital Brand & Operations Lead to become a key part of our small, highly committed team.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

It is a varied, hands-on position for someone who thrives on making things happen — someone who can move confidently between e-commerce, CRM, campaigns, creative production, digital systems and day-to-day brand operations.

You will work closely with Founder and Creative Director Karen Gee and become a central point of coordination across our internal team, external creatives, developers, suppliers and partners.

The role is predominantly remote, with a preference for someone based in Sydney who can attend key photoshoots, planning sessions and important brand activations when required.

The Role

You will take ownership across four key areas:

Digital Commerce & CRM

Manage the day-to-day operation of our Shopify website, including product uploads, collection launches, pricing, SKUs, product information and website merchandising.

Coordinate current collection and product launches from preparation through to execution, including early-access campaigns and customer communications.

Lead our Klaviyo email marketing activity, including weekly EDMs, launches, customer segmentation and automated lifecycle flows.

Build and maintain targeted CRM audiences including VIP, Made-to-Measure, professional and inactive customer groups.

Work with developers and external providers to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements and continually improve the customer journey.

Brand, Marketing & Campaign Coordination





Coordinate the Karen Gee marketing calendar across email, social media, paid advertising, campaigns and product launches.

Create polished day-to-day digital graphics and campaign assets while coordinating specialist creative support where required.

Work closely with our Meta advertising and content partners to brief creative, develop campaign ideas and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.

Maintain customer-facing digital channels including LinkedIn, Linktree and other brand touchpoints.

Ensure every communication and asset reflects the elevated and consistent Karen Gee brand aesthetic.

Creative Production

Coordinate Karen Gee photoshoots from concept through to final delivery.

This includes liaising with photographers, studios, models, agencies, hair and makeup artists, videographers and other suppliers.

Prepare moodboards, briefs, schedules and run sheets in collaboration with the Founder.

Manage image selection, editing workflows, retouching briefs, asset organisation and quality control.

Coordinate model agreements, usage rights and agency communication.

Operations, Systems & Founder Support

Help us continually improve the systems behind the business.

Research and implement digital tools, platforms and processes that create greater efficiency across marketing, sales and operations.

Maintain organised digital systems, documentation, Google Drive structures and operational resources.

Create spreadsheets, reporting tools, CRM lists and internal processes when required.

Coordinate packaging and branded accessory projects with international suppliers, including samples, pricing, production schedules and logistics.

Support the Founder with presentations, strategic projects, stakeholder communications and business development initiatives.

You may also assist with communication involving important clients, media, partners and international opportunities.
