The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Level 1 Building Surveyor to join the team in a fully remote capacity.
You’ll work across a mix of:
- Commercial building certification projects
- Technical consultancy and advisory work
This role offers robust variety and the chance to be involved in projects from early design through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing and approving building applications in line with relevant legislation
- Providing expert advice on compliance with the NCC and relevant standards
- Reviewing plans, specifications, and technical documentation
- Managing client relationships across a range of commercial projects
- Supporting projects through the full certification lifecycle
About You
- Accredited Level 1 Building Surveyor (QLD)
- Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant legislation
- Experience across commercial projects
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
