Join a well-established standalone aged care provider as a Care Manager at a 120+ bed residential aged care home located in Canberra.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and leading high-performing clinical teams. Working within a supportive leadership structure, you'll oversee the clinical care of approximately 40 residents while providing leadership, guidance and support to Registered Nurses and care staff.

Role Overview:

- Permanent Full-Time Position | Monday to Friday
- 120+ bed residential aged care located in the ACT
- Manage the clinical care and operations for approximately 40+ residents
- Provide clinical leadership, management and support to Registered Nurses and care teams
- Lead resident assessments, care planning, case management and ongoing clinical reviews
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes dignity, choice and wellbeing
- Drive compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC requirements and clinical governance frameworks
- Monitor clinical quality, risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders to achieve positive resident outcomes
- Work alongside the Facility Manager, Senior Care Manager and fellow Care Managers to support the overall clinical operations of the home
- Mentor,



develop and support clinical staff while fostering a positive and engaged team culture

About You:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
- Extensive experience delivering and supervising clinical care in an aged care environment
- Strong understanding of AN-ACC funding requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop clinical teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
