What’s the Role About?
As an Automotive Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Performing engine and mechanical tests to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles according to manufacturer warranty guidelines, company policy, and supervisor instructions.

- Providing expert advice on the current mechanical condition of vehicles.

- Mentoring junior technicians and contributing to the growth of the service department.

- Repairing mechanical components such as engines, transmissions, and suspension systems.

- Reporting necessary work, services, or repairs to the Service Manager and recording information using in-house databases.





- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all mechanical issues related to our product range.

- Ensuring a safe working environment through the correct operation of tools and specialised equipment.

- Promoting safe work practices among all staff.

- Conducting test drives and quality assessments prior to delivering or returning vehicles to customers.

- Performing other duties as directed.

To be considered for this role, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

- Mechanical Trade Qualifications.

- Valid Australian Work Rights.

- Current driver’s license.

- Strong communication skills.

- Competent and mature-minded mechanic.

- Excellent critical thinking skills.

- Well-presented with a customer-first focus.

- A positive attitude.
