The Role:
We are seeking a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our growing Melbourne team, reporting to the Bid Manager. This exciting opportunity will require someone with a sense of creativity to deliver high quality bid management services and administrative support.

Your responsibilities and duties:

- Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions, including establishing timelines, engaging internal stakeholders, and facilitating bid workshops and review meetings.

- Research, draft, compile, edit, and format high-quality tender content to ensure submissions are clear and compliant.

- Prepare and coordinate post-tender presentations and supporting documentation for both internal debriefs and external client engagements.

- Assistance with Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Capability statement documents.





- Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders - certificates, compliance letters, licenses and prequalification materials.

- Production of project files, case studies and staff CV data sheets for Tender purposes.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Formal qualifications in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)

- Minimum 1 year of solid experience coordinating bids and tenders, preferably in the Construction industry

- Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

- Advanced knowledge of InDesign and the Microsoft Office suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and consistently meet tight deadlines.
