MAYDAY Healthcare is proud to be partnering with a leading private hospital in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs to recruit experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurses to join their established Cardiac Catheter Laboratory and Hybrid Lab team.

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a busy Cardiac Cath Lab team providing a comprehensive range of cardiac and vascular services, including:
The team is looking for experienced Scrub/Scout Nurses who can confidently step into a busy environment and hit the ground running. Experience across PCI, IVUS/IVAS and FFR will be highly regarded.

About the Role
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care across a broad range of cardiac and vascular procedures.
The role will involve:
- Working as a Scrub and/or Scout Nurse within the Cath Lab and Hybrid Lab
- Supporting complex cardiac and vascular procedures
- Providing high-quality patient care throughout the procedural journey
- Working closely with cardiologists, radiographers, cardiac technicians and nursing colleagues
- Maintaining high clinical standards within a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to a collaborative team culture and supporting junior staff
The service operates Monday–Friday, with a range of rostered shifts available. 10-hour shifts across 4 days can also be accommodated.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years' Registered Nursing experience within a Cath Lab environment
- Robust Scrub and/or Scout experience
- Confidence working in a busy Cardiac Cath Lab
- Experience with PCI, IVUS/IVAS and/or FFR highly regarded
- ICU/Critical Care experience desirable but not essential
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for patient care
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
