Timeless Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Occupational Therapist with at least three years of clinical experience to join our growing team.

This role combines a varied community caseload with opportunities to provide clinical leadership, mentor other therapists and help shape the quality and direction of our Occupational Therapy services.

This is a full-time position, offering flexibility and autonomy in managing your community-based caseload.

Required qualifications and experience

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

- Current AHPRA registration.

- At least three years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.

- Experience working with NDIS participants, older adults or community-based clients.

- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and associated administrative responsibilities independently and efficiently.





- Strong clinical reasoning and experience supporting clients with complex or varied needs.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

- Current driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.

- Current Police Check.

- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain or renew these after commencing.

- Additional languages are highly valued.

Key responsibilities

- Provide timely, evidence-based and client-centred Occupational Therapy services to children and adults within the community.

- Manage a mixed caseload involving clients with varied and complex needs.

- Collaborate with clients, families, carers and other stakeholders to identify strengths, needs and meaningful goals.

- Complete functional assessments and develop practical intervention strategies to improve clients’ safety, independence and quality of life.

- Deliver services across clients’ homes, schools, group homes and other community settings.

- Prepare high-quality clinical documentation and reports, including Functional Capacity Assessments,



Assistive Technology recommendations and Home Modification reports.

- Provide clinical leadership, supervision and quality oversight to support consistent, high-quality Occupational Therapy services across the team.
