About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Showroom Sales representative to join our team at our Point Cook VIC location. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. As a Showroom Sales representative, you will be the face of BRADNAMS WINDOWS & DOORS, showcasing our premium product range to customers and converting enquiries into successful sales. This role is essential to our business growth and profitability, as you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and professionally, assessing their needs and providing expert product recommendations

- Demonstrating windows and doors products, highlighting key features, benefits and technical specifications

- Preparing detailed quotations and sales proposals tailored to customer requirements





- Negotiating pricing and terms to close sales whilst maintaining healthy profit margins

- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

- Processing orders accurately and ensuring smooth handover to the installation team

- Maintaining detailed customer records and follow-up communications

- Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis

- Keeping the showroom clean, organised and visually appealing

- Staying up to date with product knowledge, industry trends and competitive offerings

- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends and potential improvements

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in a showroom or retail sales environment, ideally within the home improvement, building materials, or construction industry

- Strong sales abilities with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer types

- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications and features of windows and doors systems

- Proficiency in using computer systems,



point-of-sale software and CRM tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- A skilled appearance and manner

- Reliability and commitment to delivering consistent results

- Willingness to participate in ongoing product training and professional development
