We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Sales Manager to lead the team at one of our retail brands. This is a hands-on role where you will support your team by providing coaching, mentoring and leading by example. You will equally be responsible for the operational management of your sales teams, including stocking, reporting and data analysis.

What’s the role?

- Establish, monitor and ensure long and short-term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met

- Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI

- Mentoring and coaching sales team

- Set explicit standards to ensure superior customer experience.

- Maintain and develop relationships with the OEM

What we are looking for:





- Driven individual who is prepared to work hard and invest time and effort to establish a rewarding career

- Proven success in automotive sales management and leadership

- Outstanding negotiation, written and verbal skills

- Ability to set goals and targets and lead your team to success

- Knowledge of automotive systems will be an advantage

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Must possess sound knowledge of online retail systems and selling skills required to maximise opportunities
