⭐ Experienced Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and professional Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at our well-established medical practice located in Central Osborne Park.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, compassionate, and confident managing a busy front desk while delivering exceptional patient service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and productive environment for both patients and clinicians.

Our practice prides itself on maintaining a calm, respectful workplace where teamwork and patient care come first.

⏰ Hours

3 days a week , with Flexibility is required to assist with additional shifts to cover staff sick leave and annual leave when required.

? Key Responsibilities

- Greeting patients and creating a warm, professional first impression

- Managing appointments and patient bookings

- Answering incoming calls and assisting with patient enquiries

- Processing Medicare billing and Tyro payments

- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry

- Supporting doctors and clinical staff with administrative tasks





- Helping ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception

✔ What We’re Looking For

- Previous medical reception or healthcare administration experience

- Proficiency in Best Practice software

- Knowledge of Medicare billing and Tyro payments

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong computer skills and accurate typing

- Excellent time management and organisational abilities

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential)
