At Jobs Statewide, we specialise in supporting young people aged 15-24 to overcome barriers, build confidence, and successfully enter the workforce. We don't expect you to have recruitment experience. Instead, we'll provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and a clear career pathway to help you build a successful career in recruitment and employment services.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll work directly with young job seekers and local employers to create employment opportunities and positive outcomes for the next generation.

You'll learn how to:

- Build strong relationships with local businesses and employers, developing valuable recruitment and business development skills

- Identify and create job opportunities through networking and employer engagement

- Match young people aged 15-24 with suitable employment and training opportunities

- Support participants with resumes, interview preparation, job search strategies,



and workplace readiness

- Guide young people through pathways to employment, apprenticeships, traineeships, and further education

- Motivate and mentor youth participants as they build confidence and achieve their goals

- Achieve meaningful outcomes while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment
