The Value Auto Group are in 5 locations across North East Victoria encompassing the Toyota, Ford and Kia brands. We have used car yards in Wangaratta, Benalla, Mansfield, Yarrawonga and Kyabram.

We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager / Senior Service Advisor who knows how to keep a workshop running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing daily service department operations

- Delivering outstanding customer service and communication





- Coordinating workflow between customers and technicians

- Preparing estimates, invoices, and repair orders

- Managing bookings and workshop scheduling

- Supporting and mentoring service advisors and workshop staff

- Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and customer satisfaction

- Handling warranty and supplier communication

- Creating a positive and efficient team environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Service Manager
Strong automotive industry knowledge
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to manage a busy workshop environment
Organised, reliable, and solutions-focused
Experience with workshop management systems
Current driver’s licence
Leadership experience highly regarded
