Hays is partnering with Commonwealth Bank to recruit multiple Business Banking Customer Service Specialists. Based in Sydney CBD, this is an opportunity to join a Big Four bank supporting business customers across Australia while gaining valuable banking and customer service experience.

Your new role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support with their accounts and banking enquiries.
You'll handle approximately 30 inbound calls per day, helping customers find solutions, resolve issues and navigate their banking needs.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Resolving customer issues and providing solutions
- Navigating multiple systems to access customer information
- Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction
- Working collaboratively within a structured team environment

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner




- Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions
- Resilience, adaptability and a customer-first mindset
- Confidence learning recent systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail

- Monday-Friday rotating roster with 8-hour shifts between 7:00am - 7:00pm
