A full-time Monday to Friday position is preferred; however, flexible hours may be considered for the right applicant.

The Role

Working alongside our experienced Property Management team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to rental providers and renters while managing your own portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building robust relationships with rental providers and renters

- Conducting routine and ingoing property inspections

- Preparing inspection reports, lease documentation and tenancy agreements

- Managing rent arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals and maintenance requests

- Vetting tenancy applications and coordinating leasing activities

- Providing exceptional day-to-day communication with clients

- Working closely with the Property Management team to grow and develop our rental portfolio

- Maintaining accurate records using modern property management systems

- Being a proud advocate for the Wilson Property brand

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Skills & Experience

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience in residential property management

- Victorian Agent's Representative qualification (Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice) or equivalent

- Current Victorian Driver Licence

- Reliable, registered and insured vehicle

- Current Police Check

- Strong administration and computer skills, including cloud-based software

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- A sound understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation (preferred)
