The successful applicants will have:

current nursing registration with AHPRA

12 months clinical experience

an ability to build rapport and effective relations

demonstrated ability to operate both in a team workplace and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening, negotiation and decision making skills

solid attention to detail and organisational skills

commitment to quality, and risk and safety

commitment to ensuring the levels of service is always delivered to patients at all times.
