About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to our participants in their homes and within the community. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to build genuine connections while making a positive impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting clients with community access and social participation

- Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, and hygiene

- Providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, meal preparation, and household tasks

- Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their individual goals





- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation

- Working collaboratively with clients, families, and the Inclusive Support Service team

What we're looking for:

- A caring, respectful, and positive attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to work a variety of shifts

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in disability support is desirable but not essential

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

- National Police Check

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)

- Minimum Certificate 3 in Disability or another related field.
