Housekeeping Room Attendant (Only Full Time & Part Time)| Holiday Inn & Suites Geelong

Your day to day

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
- Ensure that bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and other essentials.
- Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including using proper cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Attend to special requests from guests, such as providing extra pillows or blankets, or arranging for transportation or other services.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times.





Responsible Business

- Maintain and order supplies and equipment in a timely and efficient manner while minimizing waste and maintaining “green” initiatives (example: container recycling and cleaning agents).
- May maintain procedures for security of lost and found items.
- Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as Supervisor on duty as per Hotel needs.
