RAFF Group Mitre 10 Clifton are looking for a full time retail hardware sales team leader who has a passion for Tools and DIY Home Improvements. This is an exciting prospect to use your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

The position will suit a motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of energetic team members and customers you will have excellent inter personal skills and the ability to build solid long term relationships.

Responsibilities

- Providing advice and recommending products to customers
- Processing sales transactions
- Field customer queries and offer solutions
- Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well presented store
- Manage the hardware category with in the store

Desired, skills knowledge and experience

- Enthusiastic, keen and highly motivated
- Previous retail and or trade experience
- Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must
- Available for weekdays, weekends and some public holidays
