About the role

Fresh Fresh Flowers' in Bentleigh, VIC is seeking a qualified florist to join our passionate team on a casual basis. This is the perfect role for an experienced florist who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

- Providing exceptional customer service and tailoring floral solutions to meet customers' needs
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the store and work area
- Assisting with receiving, processing and storing flowers
- Collaborating with the team to meet daily sales and operational targets

What we're looking for

- Formal qualification in floristry or equivalent industry experience (at least 2 years+)
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delighting customers
- Strong attention to detail and creativity to produce visually stunning floral products
- Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work setting
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including one weekend day per week
