Suitable for qualified Light Vehicle Technicians looking to upskill

Light Vehicle technicians will be paid as fully qualified technicians for the duration of their apprenticeship

Reporting to the Service Manager, WorkshopSupervisor/Foreperson and working alongside other highly skilled and motivated employees. You willlearn and acquire the skills to completefor the following:





Inspectdefective equipment and diagnose malfunctions using the appropriate test instruments

Disassembleand overhaulvarious components

Reconditionand replaceparts

Repairand maintainautomotive and mechanical equipment

Readjob orders and observe operating equipment to determine faults

Undertakepreventative maintenance

Complywith pre-determined maintenance schedules

Maintaina clean and tidy work space at all times

Adhereto secure working practices at all times
