About the Role

As a Trades Assistant, you'll work closely with experienced applicators and assist with:

- Protective coating applications

- Industrial painting and spray painting

- Epoxy flooring and cement rendering

- Surface preparation, including concrete grinding and cutting

- Safe operation and handling of equipment and plant

- General manual labour duties

- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite





- Adhering to workplace health and safety procedures at all times

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- A current White Card (essential)

- Previous experience in construction or a similar hands-on environment

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- The ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Reliable transport and the ability to travel to various work sites

- Flexibility to work across predominantly North Brisbane locations, with travel to other project sites as required

Desirable (but not essential)

- Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence

- Working at Heights certification

- Confined Space certification

- Experience in painting, rendering, protective coatings, or industrial spray painting

Transport Option

Candidates based in the Caboolture or Petrie areas may have access to company vehicle carpooling arrangements, where available.

- Up to $38.00 per hour + superannuation , based on experience, skills, and relevant licences/tickets
