As we establish our second location in Box Hill , we are building a multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and genuine patient care.
About the Role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and is excited to be part of a growing, contemporary healthcare model.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, is open to learning new treatment modalities, and is keen to grow with a scaling clinic.
You will be supported with guaranteed hours to provide income stability as you build your caseload, with opportunities to expand your role as the clinic grows.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a range of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions
- Deliver evidence-based, non-surgical treatment interventions
- Develop personalised care plans focused on long-term outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work closely with other health professionals to deliver integrated care
- Contribute to case discussions and shared treatment planning
- Build strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and empathy
- Educate and empower patients in their recovery journey
Operations & Growth
- Support day-to-day clinic operations,
including scheduling and follow-ups
- Contribute to a positive, effective, and professional clinic environment
- Take initiative in improving workflows and patient experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australia)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Strong foundation in musculoskeletal and physical medicine
Additional Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Valid driver's licence (preferred)
- Willingness to obtain (or already hold): National Police Check; Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Bonus: Clinical Pilates experience or training is highly regarded — with potential to run small group classes on Saturday mornings.
