NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking a friendly front desk skilled to join our hospitality team in the Forster–Tuncurry area. You’ll greet guests on arrival, handle check-ins/outs, manage bookings and payments, and assist with enquiries to ensure a seamless guest experience.
The role requires excellent customer service, comfort with computers, and the ability to stay calm and organised during busy periods. Prior reception or hospitality experience is preferred, and training is provided.
