Due to consistent growth some new luxury apartment developments about to start, they're seeking an ambitious and driven Contract Administratorto join their team.

Duties

- Subcontractor management including compiling subcontractor agreements, scope of works, tender packages, negotiatingcontract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotesand preparingfinal contract documents
- Managing subcontractor progress claims




- Negotiating theprocurement and ordering of materials
- Assisting with the administration of RFI’s, EOT’s, variations
- Working closely with site supervisors to adhere to project programs, deadlines, and budgets.

Experience Required

- Must have 5 years experience as a Contracts Administrator
- Extensive experience working on high end class 2 / apartments projects
- Ideally have a bachelor’s in construction management or comparative degree
- Have worked on projects in excess of $20m
- Exposure to Procoreor Aconex
