About the Role

We’re looking for a Receptionist to join us on a part-time permanent basis at Tasman Holiday Parks – Merimbula.

You will be responsible for:

- Experience in (or the ability to quickly master) booking systems - New Book would be extremely advantageous




- Ability to establish and maintain strong and meaningful relationships with our guests and residents
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak holiday periods is a must
- A friendly and helpful manner to deliver a high level of customer service
- Willingness to be a team player and help in different departments
- This position may occasionally require on‑call availability, so flexibility outside standard working hours is essential.
- Availability to work weekends, peak periods and complete overnight on-call duties is required.
