Full time or Part-Time Opportunity Available

At Innovations by Design 10, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis , offering flexibility for the right candidate.

This role is responsible for developing strong relationships across the business, as well as with our customers and supplier network. You will play a key role in driving sales growth while contributing to a positive, collaborative culture that reflects our business values.

We're seeking someone who understands the sales process, enjoys creating opportunities, and excels at building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and retail customers.

- Identify new sales opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales journey.

- Offer product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

- Keep customers informed of market trends, new products, and industry developments.

- Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.

- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

- Represent Innovations by Design 10 and the Fagg's Group professionally at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role,



you will have:

- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (building, interiors, or design industry experience is advantageous).

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving customer problems.

- Robust organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Confidence working with both trade and retail customers.

- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Sound Microsoft and POS skills
