TRP Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Pickers to join a brand-new cold storage distribution centre in Eastern Creek . Be part of the team from day one and help launch an exciting new operation supplying food and beverage products to convenience retailers across Australia.

Working in a fast-paced warehouse, you'll use RF scanners and iPads to pick orders, palletise stock, rework products, and box/unbox a variety of goods. If you're someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

The Company & The Role

Working in a fast-paced warehouse, you'll use RF scanners and iPads to pick orders, palletise stock, rework products, and box/unbox a variety of goods. If you're someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Times & Pay Rates

Shifts available between 3:00am and 12:00am, Monday to Sunday

- Early Morning (3:00am & 5:00am starts): $37.24 per hour + $2.25 per hour Freezer Allowance if Applicable!
- Day Shift (7:00am starts):



$33.85 per hour + $2.25 per hour Freezer Allowance if Applicable!
- Afternoon Shift (11:00am starts): $37.68 per hour + $2.25 per hour Freezer Allowance if Applicable!

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking and packing food and beverage products
- Using RF scanners and iPads to process orders
- Boxing, unboxing, palletising and reworking stock
- Manual handling of products up to 20kg
- Working across chilled and freezer environments
- Keeping your work area clean, organised and safe
- Being part of the launch of a brand-new distribution centre

About You

- A current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- RF scanning experience (highly regarded)
- The ability to work in chilled and freezer environments
- A good level of fitness and the ability to lift up to 20kg
- A strong work ethic with excellent reliability and attendance
- Recent work references
- Immediate availability to start
