SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS;

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain).




- Strong knowledge of and a passion for the fitness andwellness industry, with a genuine commitment to creatingexceptional member experiences.
- Demonstrated people management and team leadershipexperience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop ahigh-performing team.
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness, wellness, or retail sectors.
- Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and theability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with apassion for engaging both team members and clients tostrengthen the brand.
- Skilled in mentoring and supporting diverse teams,fostering growth and future leadership potential.
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence throughstrong organisational, administrative, and process managementskills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively whilemaintaining attention to detail, initiative, and adaptabilityin a dynamic environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with acommitment to continuous improvement and high servicestandards.
- Ability to role model Viva values and behaviours,demonstrating professionalism, respect, courtesy, andenthusiasm for the GROUNDUP brand.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word,Excel, Outlook), with familiarity in member booking systems andCRM platforms (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Studio, Boutique, Spa,or Club Management role (desirable).

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive membership growth and retention by deliveringexceptional member experiences and building strong communityrelationships
- Manage all front-of-house operations, enquiries,administration and reporting to ensure smooth dailyperformance
- Promote and sell GROUNDUP services and products whileachieving sales and performance KPIs
- Execute local marketing initiatives to strengthen brandpresence and community engagement
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring the space isclean, safe, organised and aligned with brand standards
- Manage opening and closing procedures, maintenancecoordination, inventory control and safety compliance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhanceefficiency and member satisfaction
- Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing team throughcoaching, training and regular performance feedback
- Manage staff rosters and payroll while fostering apositive, inclusive and accountable team culture
