Sublime Care is seeking a Snr Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Allied Health team of 25, with experience across the lifespan preferred.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 4 years experience as a registered BSP under the NDIS Framework
- Plan endorsement and Supervision experience
- Proficient or Advanced level
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing
- Strong working knowledge of Restrictive Practices under the NDIS Framework
- Expert ability to identify the "why" behind behaviours of concern and conduct comprehensive assessments and reports
- Ability to create, implement and review behaviour support plans using evidence-based practice
- First Aid Certificate
- COVID-19 vaccinations (minimum two)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
What Sublime Care offers:
- Above award salary from $100,000-$120,000 + super based on experience/skill set
- Permanent full time role, Monday to Friday - no after hours, no weekends!
- All expenses paid company car
- External Supervision
- MDT approach to therapy - consult with OTs, Speechies, Physios, and Registered Nurses
