Specifics

Reporting to the GM Of Operations this role is about taking the business from the floor up on a safety journey. Understanding the people and having simplistic yet effective plan to engage all the sites (12+) whether it's championing the operators or leading steering committee at site - you will embed a culture of safety ownership across the business so everyone gets home safe.

Your background

- Demonstrated experience in a H&S; position within complex, multi-layered organisations
- Strong risk-based thinking, prioritization and ability to implement and have a history of implementing effective programs
- Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain SMS frameworks
- Experience operating autonomously with senior stakeholders across multiple sites and business units
- Track record of driving continuous improvement and building a positive safety culture
- Ideally we'd love someone who has been across multi sites whether warehousing depots or manufacturing!
