What will you be doing?





- Manage an end-to-end portfolio of Financial Lines claims across Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and other Claims Made classes
- Liaise with clients, brokers, insurers, panel solicitors and other key stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Review indemnity decisions and provide technical claims guidance
- Monitor claim progress and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve claims processes and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships while delivering outstanding client service

What do you need?

- Previous Financial Lines or Claims Made insurance experience is essential
- Alternatively, a legal background with insurance litigation or Financial Lines exposure
- Strong technical understanding of Professional Indemnity, Management Liability and/or Cyber claims
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex indemnity matters
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
