Join a major digital uplift program within a large, complex and highly regulated organisation. This role blends project coordination (75%) with business analysis (25%), supporting two concurrent initiatives: a SQL environment modernisation and a large‑scale application audit covering 800+ applications
You'll be the coordination hub across vendors, technical teams and diverse business stakeholders—perfect for someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate project activities, schedules, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
- Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across both projects.
- Support analysis for the SQL uplift and migration workstreams.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and consolidate application information for the audit.
- Maintain documentation, registers and project artefacts.
- Build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

What you bring





- 5+ years' experience in project coordination and/or business analysis.
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
- Solid analytical capability and comfort working through ambiguity.
- Experience coordinating vendors and multi‑stakeholder programs.
- Background in highly regulated or complex environments is desirable.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and familiarity with tools like SharePoint and JIRA.
- Previous application experience/knowledge
