About the Role

Woking across both Strengthening and Restoring families’streams, Family Support Services provides case management and supports to helpchildren, young people and their families overcome challenges. The primary goalis to promote child safety and stability, as well as build parenting skillsthat help enhance child wellbeing.

The position entails:





- Supportto vulnerable families with children and young people with the focus onthe best interests of the child/ren.
- Workin a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high-quality confidentialservice that conforms to the legal and professional requirements, ensuringthe safety and wellbeing of all families.
- Providecase management to families referred through The Orange Door and ChildProtection across both Strengthening and Restoring families streams
- Provisionof MARAM assessment to vulnerable families and implement safety planning
- Develop,facilitate, and evaluate child specific programs, including middle yearsgroups for vulnerable children to enhance their social, practical, andemotional skills that strengthens their health and wellbeing andconnection to school and community.
