The Role

As Business Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in identifying, engaging and converting high value client opportunities across corporate, government, education, sport and health. You'll report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the leadership team and facilitator network to turn Leading Teams' reputation and track record into a scalable growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and execution of a targeted business development strategy aligned to growth priorities and sector opportunities
- Build and convert a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities across corporate, government, education, sport and health
- Establish strategic partnerships and senior stakeholder relationships that open new channels and deepen market influence
- Lead commercial conversations end to end, from first contact through to a closed sale
- Represent Leading Teams with credibility,



positioning the organisation as a trusted partner for leadership excellence and culture transformation

- Business development, you can build a pipeline from nothing and convert it into real revenue
