Were seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our busy call centre team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building rapport with customers and thrives in a structured, supportive environment. Retail or call centre experience is required for this role.

You dont need automotive knowledge whats important is your strong communication skills, proven customer service background and commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage customer enquiries and complaints from start to resolution
- Proactively engage with customers throughout the vehicle ownership lifecycle (inbound & outbound)
- Deliver fast, qualified service across phone, email,



and online channels
- Achieve service KPIs while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

What You Can Expect:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am5 5:00pm
- Pay: $35 ph + super
- Type: Contract Role
- Location: Norwest, 2153 (hybrid/WFH available after probation)
