We are seeking an experienced Technical Facilities Manager to lead engineering operations within a high-performing, business-critical workplace.

You will take ownership of complex building systems, technical contractors and site reliability, ensuring infrastructure operates safely, efficiently and without disruption.

The Role

- Lead day-to-day technical and engineering operations
- Manage BMS, HVAC, electrical, fire, UPS, CRAC, chillers and data centre systems
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance
- Manage contractors, service agreements and vendor performance
- Ensure SLAs, KPIs and safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Lead root-cause investigations and preventative improvements
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, EOPs and statutory requirements
- Support capital works, energy initiatives and risk management
- Provide detailed reporting to senior stakeholders
- Lead and support engineering personnel

About You





- 5+ years’ experience in technical facilities management or engineering operations
- Solid knowledge of critical building systems
- Experience within data centres or trading floors, financial services or other zero-downtime environments
- Proven experience managing technical contractors and maintenance agreements
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety and operational risk
- Confident diagnosing issues and implementing long-term solutions
- Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related field
